Visual Arts Murals, was established in 2004 and specializes in oil painted murals on travertine and limestone tile. These murals are very popular as unique backsplashes and wall décor for kitchens, baths, patios and barbecues for the home and as wall design for board rooms, lobbies and executive offices.

About the President and Designer

Marillyn Brame, Ph.D., President and Designer of Visual Arts Murals, has over 50 years experience as a practicing professional artist and art teacher and has been a practicing clinical hypnotherapist for 20 years, holding a doctoral degree in Philosophy.

Her art background includes fine art, commercial art, advertising design, industrial art and theatrical and engineering design. Dr. Brame owned "The Arts" art school and gallery in Winter Park, Florida, "Design Graphics", a graphic design studio in Torrance, California and "Camart Design", an advertising agency in Westminster, California. She has taught commercial art for Orange County, Florida Public School System, portraiture for the National Penwomen's gallery in Albuquerque, New Mexico, publication design and portraiture for Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, and holds a California Lifetime Certificate in Communication Services. She is Past President and Director of Community Relations for Orange County Fine Arts.
